Transmedia day 1 and ropetackle news

Today, Mark Ashmore presented his work with Future Artists and introduced transmedia as promotion, marketing, networking and story-telling tool.
Short session on twitter, qr codes, (to make them use http://qrcode.kaywa.com/), meeting music students, production students and beginning of unit 7 collaborations. Ria Naddeo presented her sdp1 project; will let you know when it will be on so you can come and watch.

More new students joining us tomorrow; please help me make them feel welcomed and included.

a film in february for an event on shoreham harbour.
another film accompaniment in March; the film is The Servant, scripted by Harold Pinter. We need to think about timings of these and how they might fit in with your other projects or not.
