Finally here is my individual film project with Alex, Shaun and Jess with help from George and Sophie. For some reason this has uploaded with the audio more out of sync than before but at least it has uploaded successfully!

Here's the radio adaptation that Samantha and I did - I've had to convert it into a video as audio files cannot be uploaded as just audio files. Enjoy.

Silks

Regarding Silks, the session was really great, from what I gathered from the people in my my group we all thoroughly enjoyed it. The only negative was that it hurt a bit after a while, the only was to counteract this is to do it more regularly. After speak to some of the guy in the group, I think that there is an overwhelming agreement that we would all like to do it much more regularly.
Is that possible V?

If I had more time I would have added developments and improvements and our target audience into the paperwork. I wasn't 100% happy with the final product but pleased with what we produced in such a short space of time.

I hadn't thought that we were presenting our projects, I thought that someone else would present them otherwise I would have prepared an introduction.

I have removed the outtakes here for public viewing. The quality of this version is poor as I couldn't upload a larger format.

I've not been on here for so long as I lost internet again and I've not been home. I apologise for not leaving feedback and comments on posts, I really wanted to help people with their projects and give feedback but DAN FORD was right I have to admit I personally took on too much work and struggled to meet the deadlines, however I did this in order to pass for the 2nd year so I can finish the course with everyone :)

I was so looking forward to watching the presentations and I wasn't disappointed!! I loved every single piece and I haven't laughed so much in a very long time!! I haven't been able to upload the videos yet cos basically it won't work. I'll keep trying. Please can everyone post theirs on here too. Also please DO NOT delete them because people want copies, including me if that's ok.

Thank you to ALL the tutors! I have learnt a lot and enjoyed my time so far...

End of term

Hello all, well done for your projects; some brave choices and commitment evident in all work shown.
Next time we need to caretake presentation as you would a performance.

Unit 5

I'm looking forward to see everyone's work tomorrow. George and I are happy with our film. I was very relieved we made our job easy when filming, so editing didn't take long. I can now say I have learnt the basics about audacity and imovie. This project has made me appreciate how hard film editors work to make a good quality film.

HEY GUYS ITS NATE HERE CNT POST MY OWN COMMENTS SO USING CATIAS, UVE SEEN MY VIDEO WITH THE MONOLOGUE I WROTE, IM GOING TO DO IT BASED ON A CHILD COURRUPTED BY ZOMBIE GAMES, GOT PROPS SORTED GOT THE CONTAINERS HIRED OUT AND IM GUNA PUT BARED WIRE AROUND WITH BLACK NETTING AND ALSO WERE A STRAY JACKET, I AM GOING TO SAY THE MONOLOGUE WITH THE FLASHIN UV LIGHTS FLASHING AND THEN THE MUSIC STARTS AD THEN ILL DO PHYSICAL THEATRE IN STRAY JACKET AND THEN ALSO GUNA BRAODCAST IT LIVE IN THEATRE BAR, OPEFULLY SUM 1 CAN RECORD IT FROM THERE, THROUGH SKYPE AND THEN ILL EDIT THAT VERSION WITH THE 2 VERSIONS I RECORD WITH THE CAMERAS IN THE CONTAINER WITH ME, AND 1 IN NIGHT VISION AND 1 NORMAL, ILL HAVE MAKE UP ON AND THERE WAS PICTURES AROUND THE CONTAINER WITH ZOMBIES DEAD BODIES AND MY MONOLOGUE IS BASICALLY ME LOVING ZOMBIES RIPPING ME APART.
I REALLY DONT NO OW THIS CAME INTO MY HEAD BUT I LOVE IT LOL, WHAT DO U GUYS THINK ???? XXX

Unit 5c!

As you guys may have seen the little clip of myself and Bronya... further down the page, we haven't actually stated what our idea is!!
 Myself, Catia, Bronya and Steve are in a group together and are making a 3-4 minute trailer of a 'film' taken from the idea of the 1980's amazing movie 'The Breakfast Club', focusing on four different types and cliques of people. Our film/trailer is called 'Judgement Mix'. We are choosing key parts of our storyline and making them into short clips to be randomised throughout the trailer. I am very much looking forward to doing this mini film/trailer as we are already having so many brilliant and funny ideas! :)
 Things we need to be aware of is, timing of the whole piece, as to what we want to make and how much time we actually have to do so. And location- due to lighting, weather and sound differences/issues if filming outside.

Here are the updates versions of our pictures, including the voiceover person and the one and only Vanessa :) I will also address the problem of the sound file. This may take a while so bare with me :)

Shakespeare feedback

I feel that the previous 3 weeks of Shakespeare monologue, tutorial sessions have mildly benefited me as a performer. I have discovered a way of "chopping" down the monologue to create mini sections and therefore enhance on them.
It has widened my understanding of the text, I have leant the meaning to several new words and phrases which I would only have learnt if I would of looked them up in my own personal time.
Though, the one thing that I believe it has not helped with is strategies for learning Shakespearian monologues, this is what I find difficult and would if like to have broadened my knowledge of different strategies!!
