Hey,
1. I really enjoyed doing the Ropetackle project from start to finish. We all worked really well as a group and I was personally satisfied with the whole thing. Really appreciate the feedback and look forward to more projects. Can we incoporate transmedia next time as a possibility? it might help as that's what we're looking at right now.
2. Yea today was interesting and made me really think about how we can use each other rather than branching out alone (obviously personal preferences considered :) I got a little bit lost today but that could have been my tiredness rather than how it was pesented. I got some ideas from the workshop too.
3. I don't twit or even have a smart phone. It's ok to expect everyone to have these and that's how society is going but its not for me. I'm asking myself whether I should join the gang or stay on my own path without having the pressure to follow the crowd. I realise what the benefits are.
4. Really enjoyed Ria's piece and its good to give her feedback as we should with each other to help us progress.
5. I wrote this for unit 6 but didn't have time to post it. I'm posting it now because it is related to our next project and I want Joe back!
I am surprised at just how much of our group is interested in film making or
acting for film. I thought the majority of our group was solely interested
in theatre making and performance. I am so happy to be studying film and tv
as it is my preferred area. All my previous courses were completely focussed
on theatre. The two styles are so different and I really think it's important to be studying
this especially as multimedia performance is the way entertainment seems to
be going!
5. This is mainly for Lisa!
I like the constant reminder to make connections cos it forces me to analyse and helps
me to see past the end of my nose.
6. I'm going to start panicking about the amount of work we have to do! help
