To me this seems like an exercise video, I can imagine Alastair saying (in the close up of his face) Lose some weight!!! Antonio is someone who has done the training program and he's happy he's fit so he's doing a cartwheel of joy.
Given your earlier post guys with what you were trying to portray, I think you've achieved it! Obviously with more of a through running structure I think the end product could be extremely funny!
